Acceptance of Terms

By using the EULE Institute website and services, the User agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If the User does not accept these terms, they are asked not to use the service.

Account Registration

• The User is required to provide truthful and up-to-date information at the time of registration
• The User is responsible for keeping their login credentials confidential
• The User is responsible for all activities carried out through their account
• The Data Controller reserves the right to suspend or delete accounts at its own discretion, without obligation of compensation

Content and Intellectual Property

All content on EULE Institute, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, educational materials, videos, and software, is the exclusive property of the Data Controller or its respective licensors and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

The User is granted a limited, non-exclusive, and non-transferable license for personal and non-commercial use of the content, where expressly indicated. The following is prohibited:

• Copying, distributing, or reproducing content without authorization
• Modifying, adapting, or creating derivative works
• Using content for unauthorized commercial purposes
• Sharing course login credentials with third parties

Services Offered

EULE Institute offers online professional training courses with the following features:

• Access to online educational materials
• Support from a personal mentor
• Certification upon completion of the program
• Professional placement support

The Data Controller reserves the right to modify, update, or suspend the services at any time, with prior notice to affected Users.

Payments and Refunds

• Payments are processed through Stripe and PayPal
• Listed prices include VAT where applicable
• Installment payment options are available (up to 3 installments)
• Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of purchase, in accordance with the right of withdrawal under European regulations
• Refunds are not applicable if the User has already completed more than 30% of the course

User Conduct

The User agrees to:

• Use the service lawfully and respectfully
• Not violate the rights of third parties
• Not publish offensive, defamatory, or illegal content
• Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to the service's systems

The Data Controller may deny access or report misconduct to the competent authorities.

Limitation of Liability

The service is provided "as-is." The Data Controller disclaims all warranties regarding the accuracy, availability, and security of the service, to the extent permitted by law. The Data Controller's liability is limited to the amounts paid by the User in the preceding 12 months.

Indemnification

The User agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Data Controller from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from the improper use of the service or violation of these Terms.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by Estonian law. However, European consumers are entitled to the more favorable protections provided by the legislation of their country of residence. For disputes, the competent court shall be that of the consumer's place of residence within the European Union.

Amendments to the Terms

The Data Controller reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Changes will be communicated to Users through the website. Continued use of the service after the publication of changes constitutes acceptance thereof.
