Note: this document is a contractual template provided as a working basis. Before final publication it must be reviewed and adapted by a legal professional in light of actual operations, applicable law and consumer-protection rules (Italian Legislative Decree 206/2005 – Consumer Code).
1. Subject matter and service provider
These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the site and the online training services offered by EULE Institute S.r.l. (hereinafter "EULE Institute" or the "Provider"), including courses in UX/UI Design, Interior Design, Project Management and Artificial Intelligence. By using the site and purchasing the courses, the user fully accepts these Terms.
2. Enrollment and access to courses
- Enrollment takes place through the site and the Eduspera e-learning platform (master.euleinstitute.com).
- The user must provide truthful and up-to-date data and is responsible for keeping their access credentials confidential.
- Each account is strictly personal: sharing credentials or course materials with third parties is prohibited.
- Unless otherwise indicated, access to course materials is granted for life (lifetime access) for the purchased course.
3. Prices and payments
- Course prices are shown on the site and on the platform and are inclusive of VAT where applicable.
- Payments are processed securely through Stripe, integrated into the Eduspera platform.
- Where available, you can opt for installment payment under the conditions indicated at the time of purchase.
- The Provider reserves the right to change prices; changes do not affect purchases already completed.
4. Right of withdrawal (consumers)
Under the Consumer Code, the consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of the purchase date, without having to give any reason, by writing to [email protected].
As these are digital contents provided through immediate access, the consumer acknowledges that, by requesting immediate performance of the service during the withdrawal period, the right of withdrawal may cease once consumption of the digital content has begun, within the limits and in the manner provided by applicable law.
5. Mentor and support
Where provided for by the purchased course, the user has access to the support of a personal mentor and to the ancillary services indicated on the course page. The methods and timing for delivering support are those specified at the time of purchase.
6. Intellectual property
All course content (videos, texts, learning materials, graphics, software and exercises) is the exclusive property of EULE Institute or its respective licensors and is protected by copyright and intellectual-property laws. The user is granted a limited, personal, non-exclusive and non-transferable license for individual educational use only. Copying, distributing, reselling or creating derivative works from the content without written authorization is prohibited.
7. Certifications
Upon completion of the requirements set out in the path, the user may receive a certificate or a certification of completion. The issuance of the certification is conditional on successfully passing the activities provided for by the course.
8. User conduct
The user undertakes to:
- use the service in a lawful and respectful manner;
- not infringe the rights of third parties;
- not publish or distribute unlawful, offensive or defamatory content;
- not attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems or restricted content.
9. Limitation of liability
Within the limits permitted by law and without prejudice to consumers' mandatory rights, EULE Institute is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of the service. The Provider's full liability remains in the event of willful misconduct or gross negligence and for the rights guaranteed by consumer-protection legislation.
10. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by Italian law. For consumers, the court of the consumer's place of residence or domicile, where located within the territory of the State, has exclusive jurisdiction. The application of mandatory consumer-protection rules remains unaffected.
11. Changes to the Terms
The Provider may amend these Terms; changes will be published on this page with the relevant update date and will apply to purchases made after their publication.
12. Privacy and contacts
The processing of personal data is described in the Privacy & Cookie Policy. For any information: EULE Institute S.r.l. — [email protected].
