  4. Module 4: Hotel typologies and guest room design

  10. Module 10: Final portfolio project

Yes. Many owners take the course to design or refurbish their own property with method and to work better with architects and suppliers.

When does the course start and how does it work?

The first cohort starts on 1 November 2026. It is 100% online and on demand: written and video lessons, exercises corrected by your mentor and a final portfolio project. No fixed schedule.

What happens if I pay the €100 deposit?

Your seat in the first cohort is reserved and the €845 launch price stays locked even after the promotion ends. The €745 balance is due by 31 October 2026 through the link you receive by email. The deposit is non-refundable.

Can I pay for the whole course now?

Yes. Until 31 October 2026 you pay €845 instead of €1,670. From 1 November the price returns to €1,670.

Which language is the course in?

The first cohort is taught in Italian, with Italian mentors. English and Spanish editions will follow.

Do I get a certificate?

Yes. When you pass the final project you receive the EULE Institute certificate signed by your mentor.
